The Lexington Special Athletes will host their 2nd Annual Basketball Invitational on Wednesday, January 31st, 9:30am - 1:30pm, at the LHS Gym. Last year, the Odessa Bulldogs joined us in our inaugural event. They will return to compete this year, along with the Holden Eagles and Carrollton Trojans. Our sponsors, Melissa Rogers and Jessica Thee, have encouraged involvement of all LHS students and staff. The Band, Choir, Cheerleaders, Lady Blues, Art Club, and Student Council are participating in the event. All students and staff were invited to attend the opening ceremony to cheer on our athletes. Classes who are able can watch the games as well. The Lexington community is welcome to join us by checking in at the office.
