Culinary Arts Seniors are exploring different cuisines and in honor of Indigenous Peoples' Day they made Succotash (not pictured), Cedar Smoked Salmon, Pumpkin Pudding and Fry Bread Tacos. They are also researching different regions and tribes and their history with food.

Today we officially celebrated Terry Smith by gifting him some of his favorite treats and surprising him with a room full of balloons to pop and pick up. Opening ceremonies in Odessa for our Special Olympics!
We are aware that there is a gas leak in the Indian Hills subdivision. We have made contact with the bus rider parents that live the area to make arrangements for pick up after school. The city is evacuating the area, please avoid this area along with Stephens and Martin Lane.
Wyo Tech visited our Automotive Technology and Collision Repair students to share with them their programs offered at their school. Thanks for coming!
Our Practical Nursing students dissected chicken thighs and legs today. They were able to identify the layers of skin, muscles, tendons, and much more. Great hands on learning!
